- Turnaround time for customs is between 4-6 weeks depending on the complexity and size of your design

- Customs start at $100 and go up based on complexity, size, materials, and labor

- We will provide an initial quote before starting your piece

- We require a 50% deposit for all customs

- The design process will be collaborative and includes up to 3 design drafts before we start your piece
